Wavy Line up the hall

In chatting with various bands that I’ll have the pleasure of being at Catapult with (squee!), I’ve been thinking about new dances. I haven’t gotten to walk these yet to see how danceable they are, but they’ve bubbled up and I’m at least transcribing them.

The idea here was dances that use up and down the hall in wavy lines, rather than regular lines of four.

A1 ———–
(8) Neighbor Do-si-do 1+
form a wavy line of four (N R, W L)
(8) Down the hall in a wavy line of four
A2 ———–
(4) Balance the short Wavy line
(4) Box the gnat with Neighbor, reform wavy line of four (N R, M L)
(8) Up the hall in a wavy line of 4
B1 ———–
(8) Balance R & L, slide to the right; the women go further for
(8) Partner swing
B2 ———–
(8) Women’s Chain across
(8) Left hand Star

It took writing some really odd ones to finally get to one that was (heh) that simple…
It could be becket (start at the chain in B2 as A1) to put both balances in the B’s, but that puts the progression mid-dance.

Some odder ones:
