Two Related four face four dances, with a hey up and down the set

I’ve been thinking a lot about non-standard formations as a result of pondering the Greenfield Formation contest.  The weave up and down figure was inspired by heys in general, but I’d been playing around with something similar for the T-Triple minor I wrote, but decided it could use a little more structure.

These two four face fours are very similar. I wrote “Lucky Cluckers” first, and then decided it was too repetitive, so modified it to “Signposts at the Border” to add some variety.

Haven’t gotten to test these yet (wrote them in the car to Maine).
